I wanted to let you know how pleased I was with the temporary receptionist you placed with us a few weeks ago.

Reception is a very complex department to get casual cover for and, when faced with a short term staffing shortage, is a nightmare to arrange. By the time I have trained someone to the degree that they can be left to run a shift unaccompanied, I no longer need them.

Therefore, when John arrived with the essential knowledge of how a hotel reception runs, it only took a few days to train him how to use our system before he was on his own. Leaving me free to do my own job.

John is a breath of fresh air and brings with him a host of helpful tips that have proved invaluable to us. I only wish we could keep him!

The speed and expertise in which June found and placed John with us is testament to Cummins Mellor's people skills. You really do know your market and your people. And all for a price which I found to be very competitive!
