New HR Manager at Farrell Limited is impressed by Cummins Mellor

I recently joined Farrel Ltd. as HR Manager and within the first few weeks Angela made contact with me by way of introduction to Cummins Mellor.

From my point of view this was positive in that she wanted to maintain strong operational links with Farrel and to ensure there was no disruption with the service provided.

In subsequent conversations with my management colleagues, it would appear that Cummins Mellor have assisted Farrel Ltd. in its recruitment requirements for a number of years and there was no indication this should change in the foreseeable future. On the occasions I personally have dealt with Cummins Mellor in recuiting operational and non operational staff, they have responded quickly to my needs which has given me the confidence to use them in future.

I realise there is considerable competition for our business from other Employment Agencies and generally Employers are demanding more and more from their contacts and consequently Agencies have to be in a position to deliver that little bit more in terms of costs, speed of delivery and candidate quality. Thusfar, Cummins Mellor delivered in all respects.
