I hope that you do not mind me contacting you but I feel compelled to drop you a line regarding Kate Monk following my interactions with her over the last couple of months.

She is a fantastic ambassador for your company and is a consumate professional. Kate is a very level headed and pragmatic operator and in my opinion is well worthy of your celebrated employee awards.

Kate is open and honest and, unlike many other recruitment personnel in other companies, she does not procrastinate nor does she keep you hanging on with misplaced hope.

I guess what I am trying to say is that she does "what it says on the tin" and she does it well - hang on to her 'cause if not she could get "snapped up"!!

Too often we manage to find the time to write to criticise but too liitle time do we praise so I just wanted to let you know.
