In December 2007 I decided to take on additional staff for my company.  As a fast growing communications company we had typically found it quite challenging to find the right staff for our specialist industry.

As a supplier to Cummins Mellor, and now a customer, I thought it would be worthwhile to put them to the test and see if they could find me a good candidate for a role I was desperate to fill.
